Why can't I get a MONTHWEB with my iphone 5s?

For my birthday a few days ago my mum bought me a Iphone 5s… It's not on contract and it's from EE and I'm on T-Mobile. I think it's 4G pay as you go or something…

Anyways I want to try and get one of those Monthweb where you pay £5 and get internet for a whole month as I can't use the internet when I go out anywhere so I can't speak to my friends on wattsapp.

But if I text MONTHWEB to 441 which is what you have to do to get it… They keep telling me to please try again… Why?

I did go to the EE shop yesterday when I was walking past it but unfortunately the problem hasn't been solved. I was speaking to this Indian lady on the phone and she sent me a link that I had to follow it said things like 1. Turn off my Wi-Fi 2. Switch to EE something and something else… But it still didn't work.

And yesterday I texted 150 to AL and it said my current allowance is £5 but I get unlimited calls and text. So when I texted someone and checked my current balance it was £4.88 or something… What the hell is going on?

Added (1). And how the hell did I end up getting unlimited calls and text… Even though I'm not coz when I text someone they take the money out of my credit.

  • Why people like iPhones? I can't never get people who like iphones to give a good reason, why? Some say it easy, but a lot have no clue on how to use their own phones. Can someone explain something useful that great about iphone? Everything they think is special other phones have been doing for years.

  • Why don't I get notifications when I get a missed call on iPhone? Whenever someone calls me or facetimes me and I don't see it so it goes to missed call. But I'll go on my phone then and I won't get any notifications on the lock screen that I got a missed call. And there's no notification on the FaceTime app or phone app but in settings it says notifications are on. This happened on my old phone, then I got a new one and it was working for a little bit now I don't get notifications again. What can I do?
  • Why didn't I get the iphone updates? How do I get them? I have an iPhone 4 for Virgin Mobile, and I never got IOS 8, and a lot of my other friends got it. And then Apple put out another update called 8.0.2 to fix the bugs from 8.0, and I didn't get them one either. I went into my 'general', then my 'software update' and it still says '1.7.2, your software is up to date'. So why did I not get either update, and how could I get the new update?
