Why can't I get music on my iphone?
I have plenty of room on my phone (iphone 5) and i'm using the same chord that came with the phone. When I plug my phone into itunes, the software acknowledges my phone and "iphone" comes up in itunes and it shows me everything that is on it. When I try to put a playlist or specific bands music on, it says "syncing" and it does steps 1-4, but once it gets to 4 it just stops. Should I go to the apple store? Is it just my computer?
Try re-installing itunes, i had the same problem and/or my itunes would crash, so i re-installed it and now it works…

So my mum has asked me to put music on her iphone 4 for her but when i download music from itunes it shows up but won't let you unpause it to play the music she can get sound alerts and videos with sound off the youtube app but no music at all can anyone help thanks.
- Why can't i get my music on my new iPhone? I recently lost my iPhone 4, and today got an iPhone 5. The problem is if i go on iTunes from my new phone and try to download the music i already own it won't let me. Like if i click on an album i bought already it just says "purchased" and won't let me re download it. I don't have the music backed up on my computer. Am i screwed?

So i recently got a new computer and i haven't tried syncing music into my phone until now and it doesn't allow any music into my phone when i drag the item to my phone. I still have enough storage in my phone and the itunes is updated so it has to be my phone but i don't know what it is. Any suggestions?
- IPhone 5s how to get music on the actual music thing one the phone without using a computer? I want to know if there's any way to her music on to my iphone on the actual app on the phone & not having to go to the Apple store and downloading all these different apps for free music. Also if there's any way to do it on anything but a computer? Or if I have to use my computer without using iTunes? I don't have an Apple computer or iTunes either by the way.
