Why can't I get the new snapchat update?
I saw all of my friends were puking rainbows using the new snapchat update and I couldn't be left out! I got snapchat a day ago. For some reason these features aren't available to me. Can I get the update soon? (Ps: I have an iPhone 6)
The update should be there, it comes out all at once to all devices on the App Store. Delete the app and re download, some of my friends who have a 5S have those features so it's definitely available for your phone.
- Why won't my Snapchat update? I tried updating it but it didn't work.(IPhone 7)? So I looked at my software it's up to date so I checked Snapchat help page and it said to delete from the iPhone storage so I did and I re downloaded it but it still did nothing I'm kinda upset.
- Why can't I screenshot a snapchat on my iPhone? I know how to screenshot (press the power button and home button simultaneously) but whenever I do that, it takes me back to the main screen and takes a screenshot of all my other snapchats, even when I hold my finger on the picture at the same time as I hold the home button and power. I also already uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still isn't working, but it is showing up to other people as a screenshot. How do I screenshot the actual pictures?
- Why can't I open my snaps on Snapchat? I just got the update, and now whenever I get a snapchat and it says "press and hold to view" or "tap to load" and I hold down my finger on it or tap it nothing happens! I can send them, but it won't let me open any. I'm very frustrated. Oh, I have an iPhone 4. How can I fix this?
- Snapchat update lenses will not work for me? I want the newest update of snapchat where I can throw up rainbows and turn into a scary monster, yet my phone won't activate it! I have the newest iPhone, the iPhone 6, yet it won't work. It's very frustrating. Please help! ( I have all my updates for software, and I have deleted and redownloaded the app )
