Why can't I send or receive pictures on my iPhone 3gs?
My mom gave me her old 3gs after she got an upgrade, and I was able to send and receive pictures perfectly fine. I updated the firmware to 6.1.3 and now I can no longer send or receive pictures. I've tried everything I could, I've reset the settings, the network settings, restored the backup, etc. Pictures deliver fine over snapchat and other picture related apps, just not over mms. What do I do?

I know that it is not a problem with T-mobile as I was able to send and receive pictures a few days ago before I switched to an iphone.
