Why can't I snap longer videos in snapchat?
I have a brand new Nexus 5 phone on the latest Android OS. I can only snap videos up to 7 seconds. IPhone users can snap up to 10 seconds, and sometimes even more!
I e-mailed snapchat about the problem, but they're not responding.
I tried to uninstall and re-install the app, even tried the beta version, but still the same problem.
Snapchat are probably sitting back and laughing at your query.
How would you consider to compare your Nexus to an iPhone. Like comparing a snail to a?
The Nexus may have a memory problem.
- Why is texting slower than snap insta kik etc I've found time and time again when trying to text or send pictures sending it through text is significantly slower than almost every other messenger app. Facebook, insta, snap, kik all of them are leagues faster at sending pictures than the basic text feature on my iphone. Why is this? I don't keep old conversations long. Yet it takes almost 5 mins to send a pic of a screenshot on text and it takes 5 seconds on anything else.
- Why doesn't my iPhone let me see snapchat videos? Ok so I hold on the snapchat. And it doesn't show up at all should what should I do? And I already tried to delete the snapchat app and redownload it but it doesn't work!
- Why didn't my snap chat upgrade work? My snapchat app is up to date. I have an iPhone 5. But there are no filter, font, or weather options available. When I go to settings, there's no "Additional Services" button. I've tried deleting and re-installing the app. Nothing has worked. What do I do?
- Why can't people with an Iphone open my snap videos? I've tried updating my phone, deleting n reinstalling the app, clearing the cache n data on snap chat, lowering the quality, restarting phone. All with no luck. I have an HTC EVO 4g and no one that has an iPhone can open my snap videos… Any clue why? Anyone else have this problem
