Why can't I transfer the pictures on my iphone to my computer?
When I plug my phone into my labtop it will start charging, but the option thing (to open files or transfer pictures) doesn't pop up.
How can I fix this?

Not sure as I do use iphones, but did you try to send the pics from your iphone to an email account? That's what I do, then I just go to my email on my computer, and download them.
With all the pictures i have on my phone, that would take forever…
