Why can't my laptop recognize any apple device. Any solutions?
I tried connecting my ipod nano and my iphone 4 to my laptop but "device was not successfully installed" keeps on popping out.
I tried installing ITunes but "I tunes was not properly installed. If you wish to burn cd, please reinstall" keeps on popping up. I tried uninstalling then reinstalling but it still says that I tunes is not properly installed.
so far I got 2 problems at the moment. Thanks in advance.
btw. My laptop is windows 7 professional.
