Why can't my phone call/text certain people with iPhones?
For several months I've had to use a POS iPhone 3 as my cell. A couple weeks ago I couldn't call or text my dad, he could call and text me though. But within a few days we couldn't contact each other at all.
Now I have a new android but now I can't contact my dad (he can text/call me though) and now I can't even text my best friend.
What the hell is wrong here? This is seriously pissing me off. The people at AT&T said I had to turn off iMessaging on the old iPhone 3 but it doesn't even have that. I can't even get past restrictions on that garbage.
It's driving me insane. I need to be able to text people. If you have an answer please elaborate the steps but keep it short and simple. Please I'm at the point where I just want to throw this crap iPhone to the ground and smash it with a hammer.

- Why won't Facebook let me move certain photos to certain albums? I want to move certain photos to certain albums and when I click on "edit album" then i hit this arrow button on the picture and when i hit "move to another album" it gave me an option of 2-3 albums to put the picture into. What should I do? The picture i have in the album was from my iPhone that i currently don't have anymore and that's the last picture of it! Please help me! I don't wanna erase the album or any other!
- Why people like iPhones? I can't never get people who like iphones to give a good reason, why? Some say it easy, but a lot have no clue on how to use their own phones. Can someone explain something useful that great about iphone? Everything they think is special other phones have been doing for years.
- Why do people with iPhones receive email text messages? I have an iPhone and other people I text with iPhones tell why when I text them they get my email instead of my phone number. Why is that is it possible to not to ever send out my email just my number. When I text them with my iPhone.
- Why can my iPhone text other iPhones when my phone is disconnected? Today around 10am my iPhone got disconnected (hadn't paid my bill yet), I went to text my aunt (who doesn't have an iPhone) and the messages wouldn't send, 30 minutes later I texted my friend who does have an iPhone and I could successfully send and receive messages. And as of 9hr later, I was able to text another person with an iPhone. What's up with this? Not complaining or anything, just curious why it's happening.
