Why can't Siri on Flashlight on my iphone 5S?

Seen video on youtube showing how siri turn on the flashlight with a command, this doesn't work on my 5s, it says it's unable to do that, is there something wrong with my phone or is it Siri

Siri doesn't turn on the flashlight. The flashlight can be activated by the command center. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen

Siri does not turn on the flashlight. It is easy enough to access though via Control Center.

Easy enough for you maybe. Not everyone is lucky enough to be able to control their fingers.

Siri needs to be able to turn on my flashlight. Fix it.
