Why can't i download instagram on my iPhone 4s?
1-its not just instagram, there's a lot of other apps for example the famouse apps like KIK, temple run etc…
2- i think i tryed everything so please give me options.
Does your software need updating? If you don't know, connect your phone to your computer and in iTunes there should be an 'Update Software' button, or something close to that. A lot of apps you need the latest software to install so it's likely that that's the problem.
If it doesn't, try backing up your phone (so you don't lose everything) and restoring it to factory settings.

you can't dl "famous" apps? You mean you can dl other apps?
do you use an apple id? Or you download the.ipa file?
is your iphone jailbroken?
