Why can't my PC detect my iPhone?

My iPhone can't get detected with iTunes or anything? I have AppleMobileDevice and iPodServuce running but my iPhone 4 still doesn't get detected in Windows 7.

I tried everything listed in Apple website.

The cable works because the iPhone gets detected on my Mac and my other laptop.

Maybe the USB port on your PC is defected. Try cleaning the port or even blow on it to clear dust or dirt or even try restarting your PC

My brother put a pin on the phone as a prank and now we don't remember what it is. I can unlock it if i connect it to itunes but no computer detects the phone.   • Redsn0w can't detect iPhone? Trying to jailbreak my iPhone 4 (ios 6.0.1) and redsn0w just can't detect my phone what so ever. I've tried it in DFU mode (iTunes detected that it was in recovery mode but still nothing from redsn0w) and not in DFU mode and it still won't pick anything up. It's redsn0w 0.9.15b3, any advice please? D
