Why did iTunes delete all my apps?
I plugged my iPhone into the computer to download a song that I had bought. All I did was upload the song to my phone, press eject, and take it out.
When I went back to my home screen, all my apps were gone except 5 of them! Why did this happen!
Sometimes unless you transfer the apps that you purchased onto iTunes, when you go to sync stuff it deletes everything not transferred. Its really annoying, I don't like the interface between iTunes and an iOS device at all.

- Will synching my iphone 4 with iTunes delete all my apps? My friend have me his old iphone 4 and it is currently not connected to any service I'm just using it as an iPod touch sort of. It has my friends old music and apps on it. I want to put my music I it but iTunes asks if I want to start it as a new iphone. I had to turn the phone off in order for the apps to open, and when they did all of my contacts were gone. What could cause this?
