Why did my computer stop charging my iphone?

I have tried all the ports and changed usb cables, It charges using the wall. I tried plugging in a flash drive and it didn't recognize that either. Itunes does not recognize it either, The itunes program says I need to plug in my phone using a usb cable. Could I have accidently hit something that turned off my power to my ports?

Check if your usb ports are working with printer, etc. Some are low power, some high power charging. Or cables are defective/fake

  • Why did this happen to my computer? Ok so the weirdest thing happened. I rarely ever use my computer but this morning I did just up put music into my iPhone than I shut it down and put it away later today I brought it back out but it wouldn't turn on! It would start to reboot than just stop! Why is this this randomly happening my computer has worked PERFECT before infact I don't even use it.   • Why did the sound suddenly stop working on my iPhone? About a week ago while I was playing music on my phone, the sound just suddenly stopped working. I get no sound when I receive calls, play games, get notifications, etc. When I plug the headphones in, I get sound from them. It's almost as if they are stuck in headphone mode. I haven't gotten my phone wet or dropped it, nothing has been done to damage it. Yet it is without sound. Any ideas on what happen or what I can do to fix it? iPhone 3GS
