Why did my iPhone recover pictures by itself?
A while ago my iPhone recovered around 900 pictures and videos that I've deleted long ago by itself and I'm afraid it'll do that again. Does anyone know why it recovered those pics and videos by itself?
Automatic backup
One little known fact if you restore an iPhone from backup it will actually un-delete any recent pictures or video that have yet to be overwritten by new pictures even if the backup took place after the respective photos were deleted. The longer you go without doing a restore the more likely those photos are in fact gone forever. Regardless if you have not restored your phone then you probably have the pictures stored in a photo stream or an iCloud Library somewhere.
- Why did the quality of pictures on my iPhone 5 suddenly get really bad? I have had this iPhone 5 since September and it works fine but like an hour ago the quality on pictures has gotten horrible. Worse than a flip phone. The pictures I take are fine but it's pictures on Instagram or the internet that look horrible. I tried to turn the phone on and off but it didn't work.

I did drop it in water like 2 weeks ago but I made sure all the water came out, my step mom dropped her phone in the toilet like a year ago and till this day it works perfectly fine! So why is mine having problems?
