Why did PureVPN really close my new account?
I Really need your help. I just purchased it yesterday and spent an hour chatting with customer support to get it put on my laptop/iphone. Then I got this email saying that my account was suddenly canceled and I can't get a refund. When I try to "connect" again it shows it's connected on the laptop, but it's hit or miss on my iPhone. Did I do something wrong? I leave for China on Monday. Please help me!

I'm sorry to inform you that due to an incident we had to close your account permanently. We're no longer able to run an anonymization service due to legal issues we're facing.
We had to handover all customer's information to the authorities unfortunately. They might contact you if they need any details about the case they are working on. The following information was handed over: your name, billing address and phone number provided during purchase and any documents we had on file (for example scan of your ID or driver's license if you have provided these to our billing department).
We're also sorry we're not able to refund you, however if you wish your money back, please open a dispute on PayPal or file a chargeback with your credit card company. This is the only way we can refund you as our bank account is frozen during this investigation. We recommend you to do this as soon as possible as we can't guarantee all customers will get their money back.

They didn't, it's a fake, go to tweet account purevpn or their online help, you'll get an email from them sometime today. Hackers got in which in itself is still a concern

- Why does gmail sign me out of my account every time I close my safari app on my iphone? This is a recent development and I'm starting to get really irritated. It started happening today after I cleared my history. Before today, I could close all my apps and when I opened them I would still be logged into my gmail account. This is no longer the case, and I'm not sure why. I cleared my cache and enabled cookies, so I don't understand why gmail is doing this. I've probably tried logging into my gmail account 10 times trying to fix this.
- Why did the quality of pictures on my iPhone 5 suddenly get really bad? I have had this iPhone 5 since September and it works fine but like an hour ago the quality on pictures has gotten horrible. Worse than a flip phone. The pictures I take are fine but it's pictures on Instagram or the internet that look horrible. I tried to turn the phone on and off but it didn't work.

It is an iphone 4 on straight talk. And the internet connection without Wi-Fi is super slow. It wasn't always like this, just recently. Any help?
