Why did they make WINDOWS 8 into a complete NIGHTMARE! - 1
This has got to be the worst product I have ever paid for.
In terms of wasted time, hunting down crap, and dealing with stupidity, there's fundamentally NO difference between Windows 8 and downloading a really really really bad VIRUS.
I don't know where to begin, from the lame and horrible attempts of trying to make it mimic a stupid iPhone or the removal of the Got Danm start button which now makes every function a major task of hunting things down.
If that wasn't bad enough, it comes with like 30 different company spam programs all over the desktop that I have to sit here and delete off. This version of windows is set up as if people's only use of computers is to play with pictures, watch movies and sit on facebook all day. NOTHING is set up to be useful.
Whomever came up with the Windows 8 should be fired, and banned from ever programming AGAIN.
Now I have to go put Windows 7 on my computer, there's NO way in heII I'm going to use this junk.

I should not have to "watch a bunch of youtube videos" to use their GOD DANM SOFTWARE! Guess what? Most of us out here in the real world do NOT sit around on our *** watching TV all day, finger painting with their stupid artsy crap, and TYPING ON FACEBOOK All DAY! We WORK for a living, and don't have TIME to re-learn something all over again because they are scared of an iPhone and thought it would be "cool" to copy it!

Anyway, it's really designed to put notebook users in the hands of advertisers and commercial spyware such as Google Chrome or Facebook. You could say - It's not designed for computer users, but for people used via computers

When finding a workaround for a security patch for an uprade for a patch to fix an earlier security upgrade for a patch to an upgrade - I'm frequently reminded of the line - "and there will be much bitter tears, and gnashings of teeth"!
The only real improvement in a long time was when Windows 2000 (still used by preference in many industrial situations) got upgraded to XP
Properly configured and tweaked, XP was faster than a Ferrari going down hill with the accelerator welded to the floor, and it was very stable. Windows 8 is the same Ferrari - but going uphill with the handbrake on and towing a large boat - and you'd better have an engineer in the passenger seat!
BTW - I do not know where you buy your computers, but I can specify the OS at point of purchase.
And I specify Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. No problem or no sale!
Advice -
Wipe 8 (unnecessary brutality is allowed) and load Windows 7 64 - then tweak it.(try Windows Club free tweaking tool, for a start)
There will be a new (patched) version in the near future.

- Why aren't my hash tags on Instagram working like they did before? Okay, so I put hash tags on every picture I have on Instagram and it used to get as much as 50 likes and I would get a ton of followers. For about a week my pics aren't getting as much likes as they used to. It's so annoying. Do I change my hast tags? Do I re-install the app again? (By the way I have an Iphone) (My profile is not on private).
- Can they get into the phone if they know the passcode when it's in lost mode? I had an iPhone with a passcode and it and it got stolen by someone I know. But they know the passcode to get in the phone. If the phone is in lost mode, can they still open the phone with the passcode? Or you you have to disable it through Find my IPhone? I won't report this person but I want to make sure they can't use the phone, even if they have it.
- Need to watch Nightmare in Silver? So I have been trying to find a link to watch Nightmare in Silver (Doctor Who) and I can't seem to find one. I live in the US and I'm using my IPhone so it needs to be compatible with both. If you can send me a link to one I would be very appreciative.
