Why do I have to get this angry?

I'm a normal guy; normal parents, normal behaviour, normal friends. The thing is when I get angry I get so frustrated and stressed over little things.

Just a day ago, my brother lied to me like he always does and tried to deny it. So I let him get away with it and walked off. On the way to my room I got my iphone out of my pocket and smashed the screen against the stair railing and cracked the whole screen.

It's events like these where I get really annoyed and upset. I'm not an angry guy, I'm always chill at school and at home. But I get so angry over little things like that sometimes. I used to get pretty bad when I was younger, I'd always feel like breaking my things or punching myself. And I calmed down a few years ago, but it's come back.

And it always results in me breaking the things I care about, and like to use. About a year ago I punched my laptop screen, and a few years before that a got so angry I pulled apart my iPod and threw it in the neighbours garden.

You store bad things in your life which eventually causes you to explode at any moment. Let out what bothers you, vent to someone close and you will feel much better.

A traditional doctor would say that you may have an imbalance in your brain, but that makes no one feel better and is so vague that it may as well be from Pluto. (But you should probably ask your doctor about it, just to be sure).

I say that I also got unreasonably upset at things that really shouldn't make me upset (like, for some reason, some people talking to me, even if they were polite). I called it hormones. And then, many years later, I think I'm right.

It could be that some past event made you so. It could be an idea in your mind. And I personally think it's fixable with willpower and a plan.

But, if this stress is big enough to ask about, you may as well ask your doctor to take blood samples to check hormone levels and what-not.

Weightlifting helped me, I'm the same way. However there was nothing "normal" about how I grew up. Just do something to keep your self from acting like a brat.
