Why do people miss the 90s when it was SOOO boring?

I was born in 2000, even though I was asleep during the 90s, I remembered how people had no phones. It was boring.

The 90s would've been better if Snapchat, iPhones, and social media existed.

Many people who lived in the 90s would disagree with you.

"I was born in 2000… "

If you were born in 2000, you weren't alive in the 90s. So how the hell can you judge the 90s sucks if you weren't there?

I and others survived without cell phones and social media.

People before me survived without color television.

People before them survived without television.

And so on and so on.

You weren't there so…

And in the 90s people used to actually socialize properly. If they went out they didn't spend half the time idly staring at their phones

I'm starting to think you're a corrupted commuter file

No, actually I miss the 90s. Life was better without the internet. You actually went out to do things, and things had more meaning.
If you wanted to talk to some one, you wrote and mailed a letter, or called from a home phone. Or found a pay phone.
If you wanted game tips, movie or media news you had to find magazines. I think music was better too. The library or t.v. Was the only source of information besides school, so it did make us a lot more naive. Exercising and martial arts was very popular also.
To listen to music you had to buy cds or cassettes and use a walkman or discman.
vhs was more popular than dvds you only watched on a tv.
I think the internet made is all very lazy and less outgoing too.
There was no ebay or amazon. Only garage sales or thrift stores.
You went out more on weekends too or every night.
I'm sure people will say the decades before that were way better too.

You have all the depth of a piece of paper

We had something better than phones. We had conversations. One on one.
