Why does my connection barely work at school?

At school me and my friends barely have connection on our iPhones. We usually have to use the wi-fi because our phones won't work. I don't mind using wi-fi because we found out the teacher wi-fi password but I want to know why my iPhone connection never works.

P.S. We all use Sprint just in case that had something to do with it.

It's either the actual connection or the walls that block the signal. It's usually the walls. Some enclosed environments reflect all of the signal.

You will get caught using the school wi-fi, and when you do and have your phones confiscated, don't come whinging about it here.

If you are using the teachers password, that is fraud, and if taken seriously, you will lose your phones forever.

Please get caught!

The reason that your phone(s) don't work is because of what the walls of the school are constructed of. The internals of the walls contain reed bar (steel), and the funny thing about that is that it creates what is called a Faraday cage.

A Faraday cage basically prevents radio radiation from escaping or entering the area surrounded by the cage. This is what is preventing your phones from receiving the Wi-Fi and/or Sprint singnals in the school.

I also would suggest that you cease using the teacher's login id, because it will be found out that you are using it, and depending on your age, you can get into SERIOUS trouble, and it could go onto your PERMANENT record as an offense. It doesn't sound that bad, but trust me, it can haunt you forever, from getting a job to all kinds of things.

I meant to put that the school lets us use the school guest wi-fi on our phones so don't freak out on me. I had my friend type this and she got confused.
