Why does my home Wi-Fi not work?

I have my Wireless internet box hooked directly to my tv and a router connected to the box as well. If I get on my IPhone or IMac I can see and connect to my Wi-Fi with full signal strength. But when I use the Wi-Fi, it is so slow it is unusable.

So it is working albeit slowly.

But What exactly are you using it on. We know know you have a IPhone and IMac and you say there ok.

How can we advise you? If its a PC make sure the device drivers are up to date. Thats all I can say.

You probably need to go into your router settings and change your QoS settings. This can make Wi-Fi go at snails pace if its enabled.
