Why does my instagram always close when i go to upload a pic?

I have a iphone 4s, and when i go on instagram and go to upload a pic, it always closes out of the app? It does it also with alot of other aps aswell, so annoying!

please comment on how or why to fix

If you haven't already, turn your phone off then back on.
If that doesn't work, delete the app, then reinstall it.
If that doesn't work, try to contact instagram. Other people might be experiencing the same problem, it would have to be something they fix in the next update

  • Why won't my instagram give me the option to upload videos? When I hit the + button, only the photos in my library appear and none of my videos. Is this an instagram issue or a problem with my phone? I'm using an iphone 6.

  • Why does gmail sign me out of my account every time I close my safari app on my iphone? This is a recent development and I'm starting to get really irritated. It started happening today after I cleared my history. Before today, I could close all my apps and when I opened them I would still be logged into my gmail account. This is no longer the case, and I'm not sure why. I cleared my cache and enabled cookies, so I don't understand why gmail is doing this. I've probably tried logging into my gmail account 10 times trying to fix this.
  • Why does an IPhone sound like a Minecraft door when you close it? I usually don't have my ringer on on my IPhone X but recently I turned it on during my spring break and realized when you closed an IPhone it sounds like when you close a door and Minecraft. This now brings up more questions such as who did it first and does apple or Minecraft have to pay a royalty every time that sound is made by their product?
