Why does my iphone 4 say verizon 1x instead of verizon 3g and how can i fix it?
The data on my phone isn't working and I believe it's because my iphone 4 says 1x instead of the normal 3G. I tried resetting the3 network settings, but it didn't work… Help? (any other questions about my situation feel free to answer)
First try #228 to reset your local tower preference.
It this does not switch you back to 3G service, your phone has been throttled back at this time. You may have used your 3G data allotment. You can check this at the verizonwireless web site and view your account standing.
