Why does my iPhone 4 turn on and off every few minutes?
So i had this iPhone sitting in the bottom of the lake for about 4-6 hours, i got it out and had it in rice for a few days, then i plugged it in and it kept turning on and off, i was told before that it must be the battery, so i replaced it, and it is still doing this! I can't activate it so i can't get to my home screen, WHICH INCLUDES THE SETTING APP! I put that in big letters because all the answer people say to go to the settings, so i believe this is a hardware issue, but i'm not sure, if you have an answer for me that is helpful and will fix it please tell me! I really appreciate it!

Yeah, I'd take it down to best buy if you're really concerned. Maybe a hardware issue with the power switch. It's basically confused right now, the short circuit from the lake-:-/
The best thing to try first is to plug it into iTunes, and try to restore it. After it restores; if it doesn't fix the problem, bring it to an Apple Specialist like Apple store genius or authorized repairs for Apple products. If you have Applecare still under warrenty go to Apple because it will be free and they will even give you a new phone. Also consider selling it and getting the iPhone 5(: Best answer please. - Why does Apple keep making and release new iPhones every few months? Like why did they make then Iphone 6 just make and release the iPhone 6 plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s plus? What is the point of apple doing this doesn't apple not have enough money? It's like if you have windows 7 and you upgrade to windows 8 then they come out with windows 8.1 then a year later they come out with windows 10 like why i already upgraded why do i need to upgrade again?
- My iphone keeps on flashing and locking by itself every few seconds? Since 5 hours ago my iphone 5 has been flashing every 10 seconds intervals or so and it will lock by itself and turns on back to the lock screen by itself. It would even flash to the power off screen at times. I've tried syncing, charging and restarting my phone but things won't change. (I've had my phone for almost a year now + the decrease volume button is spoil) should i claim from warranty or are there any way i could resolve this flashing issue by myself?
- My iPhone can't connect to any networks for longer than a few minutes? Whenever I try to connect either the Wi-Fi will not turn on at all or it can't find any networks. Everything else works fine and my Internet runs smoothly, I tried resetting the network connections, turning the phone off and on, backing up my phone but still nothing. I just want to know if I can fix this by myself or not.
