Why does my iPhone 4s battery die out so fast?
When I first got it (2 years ago) the battery would last for about 5 hours. Now it lasts for 2 hours.
Some apps and functions of the phone may drain it's battery
You can:
Turn off automatic fetch for your email
Turn bluetooth off
Close running apps (double press the home button)
Close tabs in Safari (i used to leave them open but it drains my battery)
Restrict location services
Make sure you do a full cycle charge at least once per month
Is your contract up? Why not get 5C free on 2 year contract since its a free upgrade? You could also trade in your 4S and get $ back (or credit).
Batteries get weak as the get used over time. No battery lasts forever. Apple products often need a new battery after 18 months or so. That's to make you buy a new model. If they wanted you to keep it the battery would be user serviceable.
- Why does my iPhone Die so fast? It lasts about 30-40 mins on a 100%? I have a 4s I charged it for the night Then go to school with it It dies completely in about 30-40mins Was wondering if I should get a new battery
- Why does my iPhone battery die so fast? I have boost magic, which is supposed to help my battery last longer, and I kill all my apps when I'm done using them. I go from 100 at 8am and I'm at 60 by 9:30am. And I hardly use it too, just to look up information quickly and I just set my phone aside. I let it go down to 20% battery and let it charge over night. It just started doing this recently. I also keep my brightness to pretty much 0 with the auto brightness on. And it still dies fast. What can I do?
- Why does my iPhone 5s die fast? Every time when my iPhone get to 100% I wait 5 more minutes and than when I unplug it it stay at 100% for 1 minute or 2 and than it goes to 99% and 98% is that normal? And that happens sometimes when I wake up and unplug my phone
- Why Does My iPhone 5S Battery Die So Fast? It is already 10:10am and my phone is at 65% ALREADY! Why is my iPhone dying so fast. I haven't even been using it that much.
