Why does my iPhone 5 battery life so low?
I recently replaced my iPhone 4S with the 5. Actually the day iOS 7 was released was the day I got my new phone. Anyway, my 4S used to go all day and night without needing a charge, but my iPhone 5 needs to be charged every 3 or 4 hours. Is there something wrong with it or am I simply doomed to have a continuously dying phone for the next 2 years?
Well first there was the general indifference to the fact that we demanded more and more from our phones without also demanding better battery lifetime. Grats people got what they asked for.
Try downloading and installing the new iOS 7.01 that came out yesterday. If it continues to be a problem you may need to schedule an appointment with the Apple store and let them check the phone out. If there's a problem with it they will replace it under warranty on the spot and program it for your carrier.
