Why does my iPhone 5 drain battery even when I don't use it?
My battery keep running out even when I don't use it. I tried to turn off location services and brightness and stuff but doesn't really help. What should I do?

You need to be more clear about how long it takes to run out.
if its like a day, that's what batteries do, but if its like 20 minutes after being charged on full you probably have a faulty battery.
It's normal for a smartphone battery to last only a day or two on a charge, even if you aren't using it. That's because it's still frequently connecting to the network to check for updates etc., whether you're doing anything with it or not.
