Why does my iPhone 5C 16GB hold so few songs?
I recently bought an iPhone 16GB 5C under the impression it could hold around 2500 songs (this is about how much people said) however I have about 5 apps, no photos and only 700 songs, and it's virtually full. Is there anything I can do about this? (I can't return it as I bought it too long ago).
Take your average song size times 2500 to see how much space you will need. Simple as that.
The 2500 songs is an estimate based on certain criteria, like file format for example (Apple usually would use their own AAC format) as well of course of not having other content on the device like apps which of course would take away some of that space.
It will always be an estimate because of this.

Which I'm planning on deleting anyway.) and about 6 downloaded apps from the market. At this rate… Will my 16gb iPhone 5 be able to hold this much? Since it doesn't allow the insertion of microsd cards for extra memory.
- How much stuff can 16GB, 32GB and 64GB hold on the iPhone 5? I'm 14 and i'm getting an iPhone 5 but I don't know how many GB to get. Cause like I don't want to buy one and not have enough room to get more stuff but I also don't want to buy one for $400 and not use most of my storage.
