Why does my iphone 5c buffer?
I have full bars and full Wi-Fi. But sometimes YouTube videos will buffer, vine videos will take forever to load and some Instagram pictures won't even load. Even tho I have full bars.

Your internet might not be fast.
The amount of bars you have + coverage doesn't really have anything to do with Instagram. Yes, it definitely has something to do with your YT videos but Instagram and YT are both on separate servers. This means that if too many people are trying to use Instagram and YT at the same time, the server will time out and have to restart in order for you to do anything. Usually buffering is the server's way of saying, "Hey, I know you want to watch this awesome video but I have to go out to the web and collect all the data I can about it before I can let you view it. If I don't collect any data it's basically like having an invalid link!"
Not to mention, if you're using LTE in a not-so-well-covered zone… The buffering time is going to be a lot longer vs a metro/city area because the server is used to having tons of people in the city get on all at once.
- Why does the FBI have such a hard time cracking iPhone encryption. Why don't they just use the spy agencie's methods of using spyware? All you need is their phone number, and a cheap piece of software and you have access to everything on the phone (including deleted info) Why make a huge scene about it, when there are much easier ways to bypass lock screen encryption? You don't even need access to the phone, it can remotely install with just one phone call to the number too… Just saying, if the FBI really wanted in, it would be very easy
- Why does my Mods for Sims 3 does not work? I followed all the directions for installing the mods and rechecked it a lot of times. Whenever I opened my Sims 3, it doesn't work, for example, the Iphone Mod. I rechecked it a dozen times and even updated the game, for I once theorized that the problem must be it and it wasn't! - Why does it take so long to buffer a YouTube video on my iPhone? I have an iPhone 4 and my Wi-Fi is very slow for buffering videos of every kind as it takes like 10 mins to buffer a 2 min video and it doesn't do this at friends houses and T's only on ios devices here at my house tht have that trouble. Any way I can make my Wi-Fi faster?
