Why does my iPhone 5c die so fast?
So I got my phone in November in 2013, and it was working fine. Just recently it has been dying fast. It's fully charged and I leave it for about 10 minutes and it's already at 80%. I use it and the battery drains really fast. I put it in my pocket and it just gets really hot like it cooking itself. It's fully charged while it's in my pocket about 30 minutes later of being really hot it's at 70%. I can't even go to school for 7 hours with out it dying. It's really annoying. Someone please help.
A most common problem of iPhone's battery dying fast is overcharging or using your phone whilst it's charging.
Overcharging your phone (usually if you leave it on charge all night) fries the battery, making it die faster.
Using your phone whilst it's charging does the same, confusing your battery life and causes differences in the charge time and battery life.
Try dumping the APPS that are running. If you're not sure how to do that, ask some kid… They will show you. It doesn't get rid of the apps… It just shuts them down until you need them again. Bluetooth, and GPS uses a lot of battery power, so disable those in settings when you're not using them. Routinely try dumping off the apps. It helps a LOT!
