Why does my iphone 5c keep saying headphones are plugged in when they aren't?
Also when someone calls me i can't hear them but they can hear me, Any suggestions about what's wrong and how it could be fixed?
Hi this has happened to me before! Fixed by cleaning out the headphone jack! Something was jammed in there!

Did you try to clean the headphone jack?
Also, inserting and then removing the headphones works at times.
