Why does my iPhone battery die in 2 hours?

My iPhone battery will literally die in about 2 hours. Why is this? I have a iPhone 4S 16gb running 7.0.6… Would buying a new battery and putting it in the phone make it just like new and give me a normal all day battery like what my buddy's get? I'm very frustrated.

Ram killer is no use for Iphones, that's mainly for Android. I have this problem before, i guess you have used OTA to updated your phone to 706. You could download a 706 firmware and use itunes to restore to a fresh new system, see if its work. It just started doing this recently. I also keep my brightness to pretty much 0 with the auto brightness on. And it still dies fast. What can I do?
