Why does my iPhone go into Safe Mode after installing Aeternum / Watchboard?

I'm currently running Cydia jailbreak (from Pangu) on iOS 8 iPhone 5c.
After installing Aeternum (from Cydia) and respringing, my iPhone will enter Safe Mode. While in Safe Mode, I ll go into Cydia, remove Aeternum, respring, and my iPhone will be back out of Sade Mode.
My currently active installations from Cydia I'm using are:

I currently have 101Mb of free RAM space on my iPhone. I have had the same problem with 'Watchboard'. Any suggestions on what I could do or change so I can install and run 'Aeternum' or 'Watchboars' functionally?

I haven't used an iOS device in a while, but I'm assuming that it is because the tweak is not compatible with the iOS version you have.

Some tweaks will freeze your device, so it goes into Safe Mode. Also, if it's a poorly made or cracked tweak, that may be another reason why. It may also be because that tweak interferes with another tweak you already have installed.

  • Why does my tumblr safe mode say it is turned on? I shut it off. I go into the app, and it says its on. I then tried it through a tab on the internet, and it still says its on. I marked my blog as explicit even. I restarted my phone; I also tried deleting and redownloading the app. I go into my iphone settings and shut off safe mode for tumblr, but then as soon as I go into tumblr it says it is turned on, so I go back into settings and its turned on! What is going on why is it not working right i shut it off i'm pissed its not working
  • Why does my jailbroken iphone 4 go into safe mode? Every time i get a call, my iphone will respring, and when i ene the call, it goes into safe mode. Why is that?

OK so heres the thing, for the update i deleted a load of crap apps to be able to download it but heres the problem. once it had finished downloading it went into recovery mode and now its only letting me ''update and restore'' (on itunes on my computer) so basically it then says there's not enough space because its adding the update and everything including the apps i deleted for the update in the first place Please Please Please Help ME! any help appreciated <3
