Why does my iPhone keep asking for my Apple ID password?
I have a 5c and I'm on IOS8. I went on it today and it just randomly asked for my password. I entered it but nothing happened/downloaded. I was just wondering if it was a glitch or something.
It's trying to connect to iCloud and clearly has the wrong Apple ID or the wrong password in memory.
When you set up your iCloud account you will have been asked to provide a recovery email address. If you keep getting the password or the ID wrong then you can use that recovery email option to get a reminder of your Apple ID and to reset your Apple iCloud password.
As with all electronic devices, sometimes there's a glitch and the Apple ID and password file on your phone may have become corrupted causing the sudden aberrant behaviour.
- Why does my iPhone keep asking for updates? I've done the iOS6 update two different times and my phone just asked for it again yesterday. I don't understand. I have an iPhone4 btw.
- Why does iTunes keep asking me for a credit card? I made my iTunes account on my computer and for credit cards I put none. I don't have Internet anymore so I'm just using my iPhone. But I used my moms credit card to buy a couple apps. Then my cousin stole her credit card so she canceled it. So I tried to take it off but it won't let me even download free apps or anything it says that I have to fix my billing info, but I don't have a credit card please help!
- Why do they keep asking to agree the terms & conditons? In the app store on my iphone i'm trying to install the tumblr app and this pop up asks to agree to the terms & conditions and I have like a billion times but it still won't allow me to download the app without agreeing to the terms and it's really annoying
- My iPhone keeps asking me for my apple I. D password? I changed my apple Id and password. Whenever I go to the App Store from my iPhone it asks for my new password to my new apple id which is good. But at random times when I'm texting or something, the old Id will pop up and asks me to type in my password. I don't know how to fix this but it's driving me crazy. :/
