Why does my iphone lose service when I charge it with a battery case?
When ever I turn on the case to charge my iphone I imediatly lose service except for Wi-Fi how do I fix this?
If you are putting some type of case over it then I'm assuming its blocking the signal.
If it only happens when the case is on the iPhone, it's probably blocking the signal from the cellular tower.
Mine goes to no service when I plug it in and I don't have a case on it. It's an iPhone 5. There are other people who are beside me and theirs don't. I'd like to kno why too

- Why does my Iphone lose battery in cold weather? I have an Iphone 5 and i usually keep it charging, but when it's like on 70% and i'm outside in 15-40 degree weather, all of a sudden it says that I only have 20% left, than about 1 minute later it says I have 10% left and than 20 seconds later, it dies.
