Why does my iphone no longer save photos to my camera roll?

Ever since I had updated my phone to ios 6, i noticed that it no longer saved photos to my camera roll. If I take a picture on Instagram, it will not automatically save it to my camera roll as it used to do, nor does it save any image I want to save from Facebook. It will, however, still save a photo that I take from the phone's camera. It somehow only won't save photos when it is taken through another app or from another source. What can I do to fix this?

Apple had to take this feature out because it was patented by Kodak and licensed to Samsung.

  • Why does my iPhone 5s keep deleting photos from the camera roll? It's been doing this for a while! Every time I take a new picture, it deletes an old one! EVERY TIME! Like for ever new photo I take or upload, it deletes my oldest one. I thought maybe I need to update my software, and THAT didn't work! I NEED Help! Please and thank you.
  • When you delete photos from your Photo Stream does it delete from your Camera Roll? Hi, I'm running out of storage on my phone so I thought the best thing to do would be to delete some photos, and obviously my photo stream folder uses up tons of space, but when I delete photos from the photo stream do they delete from camera roll too? Or vice versa? Obviously I'm using Apple (iPhone 5C) please answer quickly and thanks x
  • Photos from iphone camera roll are showing up on ipad camera roll? The pictures from my iphones camera roll are showing up on my dads ipad's camera roll. It is really annoying. Please Help. I tried calling Geek Squad but they were absolutely no help at all. I didn't share these photos through that icloud thing and i didn't send them to the ipad in any way. They just showed up on the camera roll. Please Help ME! I need to get them off the ipad and prevent them from showing up next time i take a photo on my iphone. anything will help.
  • My iPhone 3gs won't save any videos to Camera Roll? I tried saving videos from emails. The 'Save Video to Camera Roll' option is there but when I press it and go to my camera roll, there's no video. It goes the same with Titan Player. I went to my setting's privacy and have it turned on but it still doesn't work? I still have 18.47 GBs in my phone.
