Why does my iPhone say I have no cellular service?
I'm connected to Wi-Fi right now. Every time I go somewhere else 3G pops up and when I open Safari it says my device has no cellular data. Are you only allowed to use Wi-Fi for internet on iPhones?
Do a total restart by shutting down a minute or two and rebooting the iPhone. Simply pushing the center button is not a total restart.
You need to restart it. Hold down the sleep button on the top until it asks if you want to shut it off. After it's shut off, restart it. If that doesn't work, make sure you have cellular data turned on, it's in settings.
No. Cellular data of course is also available. Try restarting the phone and or switching the cellular data toggle on/off to see if it helps.
