Why does my IPhone XS Max have no caller ID option?

I went into Settings > Phone and there's no caller ID option. It only shows Announce Calls, Call Blocking and Identification, Wi-Fi Calling, Calls on Other Devices, and Respond with Text.

  • Why does iPhone not have the option to require a password to turn the phone off? When someone steals your iPhone, the first thing they do is turn it off, not allowing you to use the GPS function to search for the phone. This means you have 0 time to get a rough idea of where your phone is, as this may still be very useful in tracking your phone. Is it because: 1. They not thought of the idea 2. Apple wants stolen phones in order to increase sales 3. It's a stupid and pointless idea to begin with
  • What's the difference between an 'unkown' caller and 'no caller ID'? This unknown number keeps ringing me, and i thought if someone blocked their numbers (on iphones) it comes up as no caller ID so i'm not sure if it is still a blocked number or a number that can't come trhough. But when i answer nobody speaks and they've rang one of my friends so its not a scam phone call also they don't speak at all so if it was a company of some sort they must of spoken so its probably a prank call but i wanna know the difference to make sure.
  • What's the better option? Canada Goose jacket or a Iphone XS max? I have been offered a lower price for both items but I still want to watch my spending and can't decide for myself. Keeping in mind that my current iphone 7's screen is cracked but still functions, and it is getting really cold in NY.
