Why does my mac Wi-Fi not working?
So i have a mac and i have Wi-Fi and every time i use my computer i can use it like for 5 min and then it disconnects from the internet. But it dosnt happen to my ipad or iphone when i'm using the Wi-Fi but if i try to use my laptop and my ipod at the same time the internet stops working for everything else even the pc's. I did get message saying someone was using my ip address so i changed the last two digits but my Wi-Fi still dosnt seem to connect properly so if i want to use Wi-Fi on my other devices my laptop has to be asleep or off or unless they won't work does anyone know why?
It sound like an ip address conflict:
1-unplug your modem and your router
2-plug and turn on your modem
3-same with your router
4-reboot your pc's
5-this way the router will assign new ip addresses to each device
- Why does my mac book not connect to my VPN? I'm studying abroad in China and I have access to a VPN through my university in America. I'm able to connect to the VPN but it still will not let me get on Facebook, Google and other blocked sites in China. I use the same VPN for my iPhone and iPad and it works great. I have contacted my school but the IT guys were not too much help. Is there any setting on my Macbook that would be causing this? Any ideas?
- Why can I not connect my I mac to Internet? I really don't know what happened. I've been using this Wi-Fi modem in for over a year, and suddenly my computer says I need a password. I've entered the WPA password, but it says it's wrong. Now, I have no problem connecting with my iPhone, so I don't understand what's going on. Any clues?
- My Messenger isn't working on iphone, ipad or mac.why Yes I know I have way too many Apple products but that's not the point. I can log in to my messenger on any of them but I don't receive messages nor do they receive mine. I get the notifications of a new message on my phone but when I open the app, it doesn't appear. What can I do? I've tried re-downloading on my computer and deleting and re-downloading on my phone. Nothing worked.
- IMessages not working on iPhone? But work on mac air? Ok so i have an iPhone 6 and when people send me imessages or even regular text messages i don't get them until days later. But i do get them on my mac air right when people send them. I have at&t. Is there anyway to fix this? There was a lockdown at my brothers high school and i didn't know about it until i opened my computer 6 hours later! I had to pick him up but i missed the message. What should i do? This happened with my iPhone 4 also.
