Why does my phone take 2 calls to for it to reach my phone?

I have an iPhone 7 plus. When someone calls the first time. It goes straight to voicemail. But after the second time, it finally reaches my phone. Is there anyone way to fix it so that it reaches my phone the first call?

Check your settings. You might have it on Do Not Disturb unless the person calls twice in a row within a few minutes.

It's for when people don't want to take a call unless it's an emergency, and person calling twice back to back usually is urgent.

Go to Setting, Do Not Disturb, and then check if repeated calls is on. (You will know DND is on if you have the little moon icon at the top, or manual is on.

  • My Wi-Fi doesn't reach my iPhone 4? My home Wi-Fi reaches throughout my home for my laptop, iPod touch and PS3, but after traveling 20 or so feet away from the box my iPhone 4 disconnects. Even in the room next to the one with the box, my connection is only at 2/3 bars. Is this because of the latest software update, or something else entirely?
