Why does Pandora only plays 42 seconds of a song?

I have an iPhone 4 that's up to date. My pandora app started doing this thing when you click on a station it'll play the first song fine, but if you skip it, the next songs title and cover art will come up, but it will only be 42 seconds of silence. Now if I let that first song play entirely, the next song will play as normal and so on. As long as I don't skip a song it will play fine.
It does this on two separate Wi-Fi connections and 3G. I did a hard reset, updated the pandora app to V. 3.2.1, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, signed out then signed out, tried it on both low and high quality and nothing is working.

Maybe just the songs… Or something is wrong with the app. I use IheartRadio… It is awesome too: p
