Why does the Calendar app on my iPhone 4S keep changing the alert times?

So, I create a new event on my iPhone, set the start and end time for it (usually 4:30 - 9:30), and tell it to give me two alerts, one of them 2 hours before the event, and another one 1 hour before the event, then I hit "Done". But when I look at the event again, one of the alerts is set to "at the time of the event" and then when I change it back to 2 and 1 hours before the event, it saves it as both 1 hour before the event, or both 2 hours before the event, and I have to keep changing it back to what I want it to be about four or five times before it stays as 2 and 1 hours before the event, and doesn't change when I leave and then come back to look at the event. Why is it doing this! Anyone?

That's what happens when you buy sweatshop quality made by an egotistic scam artist.

It does that to remind you before the event though it says at the time of event and it doesn't even ring to alert you which is stupid.

I suggest you to download a app that reminds you that is better than the calendar.

Have you updated your 4S? There was an IOS update out recently that could possibly address this issue, but if you did update your phone with the new IOS update, it could be reason why.
