Why does this keep happening to me?

Okay so I've been noticing for the past few hours that whenever I go onto instagram and try and watch a video and I press play for the video, the video plays, but there isn't any sound. It has the bar thing in the top left corner when there isn't any sound. I have to switch the ringer back and forth for the sound to come on for that video only and if I want to watch another video, I have to do it again. I've only had this phone for a few months. It's an iPhone 5c. Is it a glitch with instagram? What do you think the problem is? This only is an issue with instragram. If I listen to music thru the music app or youtube, it's completely fine. So answer this: do you know any reasons why it could be happening and how do I fix it? Thanks.

It's not Instagram that's acting up. It's your device. You may want to contact Apple about this issue. Hope you didn't jailbreak your device 'cause you'll need your iPhone's warranty!

I have Iphone 5s for AT&T and when I'm texting and then try to add certain emojis, It takes me back to the home screen and when I re open my text messages the text isn't there so I have to re type it and then when I click the emoji AGAIN, it does it again… I don't know what to do. I tried taking out the emoji keyboard and re adding it and it still does this
  • Why is this happening to my iphone? So I have an iphone 4s that has 16 gb. Some time last week, I downloaded an album, and my computer said that there wasn't enough space on my phone. So, I took the album off, and it still said that I needed 4gb to fit everything on my phone. I've been deleting pictures and apps and music all week, but it just isn't enough. This doesn't make any sense to me, because it fit before. So, why is this happening? Any ideas?
  • Why is this happening to my iPhone 5s? Sometimes when I'm in the messaging tap it will freeze. It will stay like that for about a min then continue to work like it did. This only happens while in my messaging tab. Why could this be happening?
