Why does youtube randomly stop playing?

I have an iPhone and I'll be in the app when the playlist (on loop) will randomly stop playing. It doesn't even show up as paused or loading it just completely stops playing without a reason

Maybe Some Bug.
Try to reset the app by clearing cache memory or update the app might fix this.

Try clearing your browers history and cookies under Privacy and if that don't work try resetting your network settings

  • Why aren't YouTube videos playing on iPhone anymore? So up until a few days ago I've been able to play any YouTube video on my iPhone 4s as long as I was in "desktop version" for YouTube. I use YouTube's desktop version on my phone because a lot of times the mobile version does not support the videos I want to play.
