Why doesn't my iphone 5 connect to my wireless internet at home?

Like it does when i go closr to it, but after like 15 minutes it stops and disconnects. Why does this happen? My ipod works very good and doesn't even do this, even when i go somewhere far away (at home) it still works. But my phone when i go to my room it doesn't even work. Please tell me what to do?

What router do you have?

Try and see if this helps 1. Turn off data and Wi-Fi on phone 2.Turm on airplane mode then turn Wi-Fi on, if the Wi-Fi stays on turn airplane off Usually it helps!

  • Why won't the iphone connect to the house wireless internet? Typin in the correct password. Everything else does. Netflix, everybodys laptops. Everybody elses phones. Just not my iphone. This somethin apple does so youd use more data? Only thing I can think of ha Just says unable to join

Ill play cod bo2 almost daily and my xbox will connect to my mobile hotspot on my iphone 4s fine, but out of no where it will lag out and disconnect me from xbox live, its not a hardware issue everything connects normally, full bars and everything the phone still lets me get on the internet, but my xbox will not, why D:?

I got it today and tried connecting it to the house Wi-Fi and it doesn't tell me i have the wrong password or anything it just has the little circle next to it like its connecting but it does not really connect, at least i don't think it does cause it doesn't say connected. I have an ipad 2 connected to the Wi-Fi and it works perfectly I tried erasing all the data to that Wi-Fi, turning it off and then entering the password again and it still doesn't work:/
