Why don't I have the new emojis on my iPhone 6?

I just bought an iPhone 6 and I don't have the new emojis? Aren't they built into the iPhone 6 models? Why don't I have them?

Added (1). I have version 8.1.2, but in settings, it's asking me to update to 8.4?

Those new emojis come with iOS 8.3. They are also included with iOS 8.4. Update if you want the new emojis

Try going to Settings>>General>>Keyboards>>Add Keyboard>>Then Delete And Re-add The Emoji Keyboard.

One other thing to give a shot with is either holding the power and home button until the screen with the Apple Logo appears. You can also try a Backup & Restore from iTunes using a computer. That usually fixes the software issues.
