Why hasn't my iPhone restored?
I backed up and restored my iPhone but lots of apps and music are missing. Can I get them back and why they didn't restore to my phone?
Do you have them linked to the itunes account you used to restore? Or do you have them to setup to manually sync?
If you don't have them linked to your itunes account they can't be restored.
If it's set to manual sync then you have to go to the tab for apps or music and click the sync button to sync them.

Actually if you lost your data with syncing them via itunes, you can try data recovery for iphone software, which enable you recover all the lost data(up to 12 file formats including musics) in seconds, here is the reference link:
