Why I can't put MKV files in my iphone to play?
Just got my iphone 5s and some mkv movies.
but i can't put them in my phone to play!
Anysuggestions?
Try to change a video player.
Recommend you VidOn Player. The player can play almost all the video format, including MKV.

Sad but true.
iPhone and iTunes do not support MKV and you can't put MKV files directly into your phone.
To do that, you need some other third party apps such as VidOn Player.
It is totally free and simple to use. Besides, it has streaming function that allows you to view your movie on your FTP sharing server.
To put Mkv inyou iphone, open itunes ->app ->file sharing list -> find Vidon player and click add, add files into your app then its done.
