Why iphone 5 can't send messages?
Please READ DETAILS (when you don't read you may give a solution i already tried)
its been about a month since i've had the iphone 5 (with Verizon) and I only recently had this problem where it can't send messages or sms texts. I have great internet, great service, and all my settings are fine. I have tried restarting it but it doesn't help at all.
Please give any and every possoble solution to this problem.
Go to settings, messages, make sure imessage is on. Once you have done that check that at the receive at icon it has your mobile number. If not go back into settings then phone and in the my number field type in your mobile number starting with + and your country code. Don't type the first 0. Hope this helps.
- Why Won't My Iphone Send Messages And I Can't Call People? So whenever I try to send a text message to someone it never goes threw and when I try to call someone it won't work? Sometimes it will say ''calling -enternamehere-'' but there's no ringing or anything and it could stay like that for hours if I just never hit end call. It WILL work if I turn my phone off and back on though. Anyone else have this problem? Its an iPhone 4.
- Why can't i send or receive text messages? I have an Iphone 3Gs, and just recently I have not been able to send or receive text messages from one contact. When I try sending a message it says "received" but when we talk through facebook or anything else they inform me that they never got the message, and its the same with their phone, I never get the messages. Its becoming a big hassle and I just want the problem fixed. Can anyone help me out?
- Why can't I send picture messages with my iPhone to other phones? I can only send picture messages to other people with iPhones but not to anyone that has any other type of phone. I have the 4S and I have my MMS/SMS switch on. What's the problem?
- Why can't I send picture messages with iphone 4? That little photo icon next to message field is grey and doesn't work when I tap on it. Could it be because of my carrier? Oh and i can't receive pictures too
