Why is Apple integrating this irremovable stocks app into everything?
Do they realize a lot of us don't give a rat's but about stocks? It's stuck on my iPhone and since I upgraded to Yosemite it's stuck on my iMac too. Anyone have an idea how to remove it? I guess it isn't hurting anything I just dislike the stock market game and I don't want to look at it every day.
In Mac OS X, drag the app package to the trash. If it gives a message about "needed for Mac OS", your stuck.
In iOS, use iExplorer-> http://www.macroplant.com/iexplorer/
It isn't a stock market game, it is an app that tracks the current prices of the stocks that you set.
Its a good app if you follow stocks.
