Why is it advantageous to own an iPhone as a Macbook Pro User?
I'm getting a Mac-book for college and I have a phone upgrade coming up and quite frankly I just don't know what to do with my technological life right now. I currently own an iPhone 3GS and feel as if i've been sucked into the Apple eco system which is why I would be okay with getting the iPhone 5, the technology just isn't there however. I want the Galaxy S4 but am a little paranoid about making the switch and crossing platforms because I would have to get into third party apps with the Mac to do what I want to do where as on the iPhone and Macbook i can do everything natively. Because they're compliments of each other. So what all disadvantages would I have in using an Android device such as the Galaxy S4 with Mac OS X and vice-versa?
If you own an iPhone 5 and you have your Mac, then you have an advantage to build your own app and even test it in your iPhone. Macbook is dedicated for the iOS developers. If you know the C, C++ programming, then voila! You can be an app designer if you have great ideas!
Coming to Samsung Galaxy, its the best phone than any iPhones. It has got more advantages than the iPhone. Android is 'made to customize' if you love customizing your phone.
- Why would an iPhone user suddenly be unable to text another i phone user? My husband and I have both have iPhones (through Verizon if it matters) and for the last week anytime he's tried to text me it doesn't go through.
- Why won't my iPhone 4 sync with my macbook pro? I'm trying to sync my phone i have a brand new mac i just got it a few days ago and i've synced it once already and now when i hit sync on step three of three it says "waiting for changes to be applied" then the sync just stops i read online that people who had the same problem just restored their phone and then it worked so i restored my phone and now it STILL won't sync i'm getting so frustrated someone please help me!
- Why do some of my friends see me as weird when I have an iPhone 6s and 2011 15 inch MacBook Pro? They tell me to upgrade to new 2018 phones and computers. Mine runs fine right now and I don't see a reason to upgrade. I plan on upgrading in 2021 to newer MacBooks. I want to own this thing for a decade. Plus it has a cd drive.
- Why can't I import the photos from my IPhone 5 to my Macbook Pro? So I have a little over 1000 picture on my IPhone 5 and i want to get them to go onto my Macbook Pro laptop. I know this probably sounds stupid, but I just can't seem to figure it out! I've researched a lot of stuff and even went onto the apple website! I asked a few of my friends who have PC laptops and they said that a little pop-up came out in the corner of their screen asking to sync their photos. Well of course my doesn't have a pop-up.
